​I was trying to order a specific $20 meal deal I had seen on TV but couldn't quite remember the details. Instead of rushing me through the line, Kiana was incredibly patient and friendly. She actually took the time to ask her coworkers to see if they could figure out which promotion it was.
​When it turned out to be an older or different promo, she didn't just give up—she walked me through the other family meal options, carefully explaining exactly what came with each one so I could get the best value. She had a genuine smile on her face the entire time and made me feel completely valued as a customer.
​Huge shoutout to Kiana and the rest of the crew working with her. This kind of patient, helpful, and cheerful customer service is rare these days, and she absolutely made my day. Give this girl a raise! I will definitely be back.“

“I stopped there after a dentist appointment, I ordered the “ Dixie Chick” and fruit. The sandwich was delicious, and the fruit sweet. The little cookie was also delicious. I recommend ou stop and get a bite to eat. You wont be disappointed.“

“I came to the restaurant about 9pm tonight I ordered chicken strips. Got up to the window was greeted promptly and told my food would be out in a minute. Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over.
