We’ve been here five times this week on spring break and have been disappointed every time. Would not recommend. I’m a daily Dunkin’ drinker at home on my way to work. This store put little to none espresso in the lattes. My mom referred to it as “sweet milk” and my sister said “there is no espresso in this”. Dunkin' in Mission Hills is a clean and efficient cafe with friendly staff and phenomenal service. The iced coffee and teas are refreshing, not bitter. The location offers delicious drinks and donuts. The team, including Jose, provides great service with a smile. Despite the outdated drive-thru, the location has a nice drive through experience with lower priced drinks than competitors. It's a great choice for a satisfying experience, especially with its quiet atmosphere, like a family, where lots of same people go. The staff works hard, even in less than optimal times, to make others smile, like when they provided 6 dozen donuts and munchkins to a team in need.
