We came to 5guys for burgers after work. But the food we received was terrible. The fries were soggy and broken. I paid for a large fry and in the bag (and cup) there was only a few fries that were whole (long and unbroken ones).
I made fries at home so i know that the fries that i got was not fried at the right temp therefore they became like boiled fries. So instead of dumping it out and remake it, they decided to give those to us. Extremely oily, greasy fries. I...read full review
The food was good. However, while we were there a man came in with a yellow lab and encouraged the lab to put it’s front paws on the counter, several times, and laughed while the dog proceeded to lick the counter. The staff seemed perfectly fine with this. I also sounded like the guys did this before as he said when leaving I will see you next week. I would not recommend eating at 5 guys because the crew is so rude and unsupervised! Serious attitude problems in this resturant! No one seems to do their job! Worst experience ever!
