I ordered food here yesterday. I’ve been ordering here for years though and although their food is good, their attitude and customer service is poor. They pick and choose who to do it too though. I was standing in the order pick up line and they said my order wasn’t ready, even though I could see that it was. I waited patiently. I waited about 20 minutes and I noticed everyone who came after me got their order immediately. So after a while I spoke up and asked about my order. It was sitting there the entire time. So I said oh wow it was ready the entire time, because I just had a feeling it was. They have me attitude and began speaking in their native language. They honestly didn’t deserve my tip. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service from them. Last time I went, a group of the women workers made fun of my purse. Are you running an establishment or? Yeah never ordering here again. Waste of money. Money is worked hard for, not giving these people my hard earned $

Very good food for a very reasonable price! I had the hibachi bowl with chicken and steak, and a shrimp tempura roll. Both excellent! There is probably is enough food for three days here! Will definitely be back!

After I got my food and I was eating my fried rice and then suddenly this isn’t my hair. It was somebody else’s hair on the fried rice. I almost got a little grossed out.!!!

Pleasant surprise. Very good portion sizes, quick service, exceptional rice for what you get. My in-laws drove from Boca to celebrate a birthday, they wanted something more reasonably priced than downtown, and they were very pleased.
The flavors were intense and wonderful. Soups were also good. Chicken in the dishes was slightly overcooked and so a little dry, and I would have enjoyed a little more teriyaki sauce. Shrimps were perfectly fried and delicious.

Great to go or simple kitchen sushi and hibachi option Nice large portions, very tasty, authentic green Japanese tea. Highly recommend it. Plaza has plenty of parking! Great snack spot on the way to the beach
