Napoli On The Bay V is an all-around solid NY-style pizza place. I found it to be very similar to their location in the Pebblebrook plaza on the corner of Collier and Immokalee in both the food, decor and size. There are three tables at this location which seat four people each and a small bart top with 3 stools inside and a couple of tables outside. Amazing food but the girl in front seriously needs help in customer service. Spending 150$ at this establishment and you can't even assist ? If people aren't happy they should definitely change jobs....Amazing food thank you guys

Always had a good experience with order and pick up until I needed to cancel an order.I make orders for work through their website and what they fail to tell you is that if you need to cancel you must call an App's 800#. No where on the email confirmation does it give this instruction. There are plenty of places where it wants you to download the App, which is common.
