Friendly team and great customer care. Outstanding attention to detail.
I placed an online order for pickup and noticed the app never updated with any status. I decided to drive over to check on it and found out they had actually closed early for the day. A little confusing at first, not going to lie.
I called the support number, and after a few minutes a gentleman came out personally to apologize. He explained they had been slow and closed early, but he offered to stay and make my order anyway. That kind of customer service really says something.
