It is really disappointing that the place is not being cleaned. I don't understand since when it is okay to have a place look like a dump. The coffee and service was fine, but the place looked and felt like a disaster.

Nice coffee spot right in the middle of 5th Avenue. Service is always great and helpful. I had a shaken espresso, one of my favorites.

I am fairly new to using Starbucks because I’m not a coffee drinker and I only like a special type of green tea that they do not carry. But I do love their dragon drinks. So today I decided to go for one this afternoon, walked into a very quiet Starbucks on fifth Avenue in Naples with two employees standing behind the counter talking about when one is going to take their break. Stood there with my app open, waiting to be recognized or even waited on what they totally ignored me. I’m still not sure they knew I was there even though I was right in front of them only 2 feet away. Got tired of waiting and left very disappointed in more ways than one. I have never had that experience in any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to.

When you often buy at Starbucks you expect to receive the same type of service everywhere. Nonetheless at a high profile location. An hour earlier my husband order a cappuccino that had zero foam. It was more like a latte. But anyways. I let it go.
I came back later to get cup of water for my son, and the girl at the register told me that I needed to purchase something to get a cup of water or to buy a bottle of water. Really ? It really offended me after all the money I spend at Starbucks. This location can’t afford to serve its community free cups of water. Even worst when I specifically mentioned for a TODDLER. I can buy a freaking bottle of water. Obviously, I was not going to give a penny anymore at this location. Is the act that leaves me in disbelieve. How un human a person can be to deny a cup of water when YOU CAN GIVE IT FOR FREE and even a company to push such a policy in such a prestige neighborhood.
Learn how to be a human.
I will certainly be spreading the word.

Friendliest staff awards goes to this store - actually the friendliest staff I have ever seen in a store. These two mature ladies go above and beyond to greet each customer that walks through the door and this was 7AM today. Truly a breath of fresh air.

Whoever is making the iced coffee for you folks is putting some sort of sweetener or flavoring in it. Third time in the last couple of weeks that I've gotten it this way.
Karen is the best!

Went at 7.30 last night Feb 3. 2 girls were starting the closing process . Would hardly serve me a coffee was rude and I asked to use the bathroom told me to go else where as they cleaned the floor totally unacceptable behaviour. I am a loyal Starbucks customer for years .

Parking was a real challenge so we did our own drive thru by me running in to get an almond milk latte and a green hot tea. I passed on a tempting falafel convoction but will look at it next time.

I am extremely angry, disappointed, and concerned about the food quality and staff at this Starbucks location. On the night of 12/14/24, my husband purchased two sandwiches and a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, he developed food poisoning due to what seems to be improper food handling—specifically, leaving perishables out for too long and failing to remove them when necessary.

This situation is unacceptable. It’s clear that someone was not paying attention to basic food safety protocols. I strongly recommend retraining your staff to ensure they are checking the quality and safety of food regularly.

If this could harm a healthy adult so severely, I can only imagine the risk to children, pregnant individuals, or those with compromised immune systems. This is a serious issue that needs immediate attention.

Starbucks in Naples is a true oasis of refreshment on hot days. The atmosphere is pleasant and invites you to linger. However, the staff were a bit slow when I visited, which extended the waiting time. The prices are a little higher than other cafes, but the quality of the drinks and the relaxing environment make up for it. Overall, a nice place to take a break!
