We’re just back from a beautiful 7 days in Naples. The Dock was our first stop for dinner and was so good, we went back for a second time. The staff, food and atmosphere was fantastic. Job well done and we’ll see you next time!
My 95 year old mother went in for lunch today and whom ever sat her was so helpful and friendly!! We chose to sit outside and he helped her walk to the table the whole time and pushed her chair in. Those small touches go a long way. The rest of the staff was just as great. As well as the food. We’ve been coming here for at least 8+ years and it’s always wonderful.
I would like to express my gratitude towards Christopher Huffman, the evening manager, for his exceptional commitment to meeting and exceeding customer service expectations. Despite the mistake being my own, Mr. Huffman displayed remarkable attentiveness and provided the necessary assistance. I am truly thankful for his dedication and care. Thank you, Christopher!
