“I come to this Popeyes on a regular and everything negative is crap!! No restaurant you go to is perfect nor is not a waiting period if there business is busy and most of the time they are! I’ve done seen customers come inside this store with a attitude or having one of those days and they still served them bypassing the bull crap! These people that work at jobs are human also but I do know when I ask for anything fresh they give me a estimated time and ask me do I want a drink for waiting,maybe it’s the way y’all come off also ? be nice to those you want this respect from because the way y’all writing I know y’all have attitudes that need adjustments FYI GOOD JOB POPEYES I RESPECT YALL SERVICE“

“One of the best Pollo locations in Miami! Not sure about previous reviews, maybe new management but as of recently, everything is on point. From the food to the staff 👏 the staff is so respectful & courteous. And the food is exactly as the pictures on the website. Some locations don’t have the new menu items but this location does. I purposely go out of my way only to eat at this location 😅 for real for real lol the new sandwiches & the cheesy yuca bites are my favorite“

“The day of this review is what I would like upper management to note. The staff that is present this evening shift was the same staff I had ordered with before. Most if not all staff were ladies. Apologies for not getting names but they were great I believe the MOD was the heavy Spanish accent she provided great customer service allowing another team member assist with creating an order for pickup online. These ladies saved me tonight cause my wife was having a rough day and they made her day with the awesome customer service and great tasting fresh food!“
