While my first order from there was great, this second time leaves a lot to the imagination. 1/3 of my bun is empty.
So let me start this off by saying I actually really like Charley’s. However… the last 2 times I’ve ordered from there, they’ve messed up my Philly. No jalapeños. And they put the lettuce, pickle, tomato, and pickle on it. Which I did not ask for. I’ll still go, but please be better about reading the tickets.
Have really been looking forward to their opening! I ordered the Chicken California which is my favorite and it was very, very good. The amount of meat, cheese, toppings all seemed to be just right but they seemed to really skimp on the fries. Previous Charleys locations I have been to had their fry cups almost overflowing (which is probably too much) but these cups were barely even full and emptied out to a very small amount of fries. Overall, it was a good meal.
