“My wife and I stopped by for their Taco Tuesday deal. Birria and Bang Bang Shrimp tacos with house margarita for $11. Started off with chips and queso. Also, ordered Brisket, Korean, and Dr. Jay’s remedy tacos. Yummy tacos! Birria is my favorite for its crispy shell and consommé.“

“Our first time at this location was today and let me just say.. it did NOT disappoint. We ordered the street corn nachos and they were AMAZING. service was awesome. staff immediately greeted us and explained how to order on the kiosk. Love the fact that there is a ton of outdoor and indoor seating. Food was amazing and my husband is from California- and even he approved!!!! 10/10. Only tiny thing I would change is the fact that they don’t have fountain drinks, however Will be back!!!! So good! The guac is amazing too:)“

“Great experience. I sat at the bar with my friend; she brought me here on our first stop of restaurant hopping because I was in town for the weekend. I ordered the Vitamin C to drink and we split the crab baked oysters and the grilled garlic parm oysters. We also had a cup of the New England clam chowder. Everything was delicious! The drink was sweet and I couldn’t taste the alcohol so be careful! The bartender Grayson was sweet and on it! I enjoyed my experience.“

“Being a Texan who lives in Florida I strive to find the best Mexican food. This place is by far the BEST Mexican food in Jacksonville. Also, make sure to have yourself a michelada! Loved the owners and the conversations we had about their background. We will definitely be back!“

“The inside of the restaurant was clean, and since we weren't familiar with Peruvian cuisine, the server kindly helped us choose dishes?The seafood in the Ceviche was very fresh, the fried squid was soft and delicious, and the rice dish was delicious with the seafood stock . My Japanese friends and I have been eating fresh sushi and sashimi in Japan, so we are very picky about the quality of the seafood, but we can recommend this place. We are very happy to have found this restaurant?“

“This is one of the best places for tacos and burritos in the Jacksonville area. We order from here all the time and are never disappointed. Their quesabirria tacos are amazing and so are the flauntas and torta. Really anything you order is going to be good. “I lived in the area for three years a while back. Ate here at least twice a week for the sriracha shrimp tacos. They’re the best taco I’ve ever had. Recently went to the St Augustine Beach location and they had buffalo shrimp tacos instead. Was hoping it was just a location thing, but just perused the menu on here and am sad to see it’s the same here. I was planning on bringing my son and his girlfriend to eat lunch here tomorrow. Not so sure now. I know there was a shortage of sriracha, but I’ve seen lots in the stores lately. Bring back the sriracha shrimp taco please!! Buffalo shrimp is nowhere near as delicious. If I bring my own sriracha can y’all make them like y’all used to just for me?“

“The owner, Ricardo was a very talented man who worked very hard, and was very kind. He and his family make awesome cabeza quesadillas. The meats he used were amazing and I love his lamb soup. He recently passed away on June 15th, 2023, and I am praying for his family that also work very hard. This taco truck was the best first experience to food trucks for me.Vegetarian options: They can make a quesadilla for you with sautéed veggies. They are also pescatarian friendly.“

“This is an amazing find! A small off the beaten path gem in Atlantic Beach. Every food item was simply outstanding! Appetizers, entrees and desserts. Our server was friendly and engaged. Should business travel bring me back to Jacksonville/Mayport, I will be returning.“

“Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Food was phenomenal. Very different from your typical Mexican restaurant - unique and upscale. Extensive beverage menu. I appreciated the smaller food menu so that it was easier to decide what to eat. Although our server was able to talk extensively about the food, I was low-key annoyed that we told her we were going to order churros for dessert - she brought it out while I was only halfway through eating my dinner. We felt rushed. I wouldn't have been as annoyed if she had been more direct and said something like, "I'm cut, can I bring out your dessert early?" Or "the kitchen is closing early."Dietary restrictions: I asked to substitute double rice and skip the beans.... no problem!Parking: Street parking... make sure you can parallel park! Or there are parking lots across the street a short distance away.Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids. I don't see this as a kid-friendly place.“
