This staff was working hard the entire time and they did have a lot of walk in traffic in fairness…however they gave zero priority to online orders. Every customer that walked in after me (and after online order ready time) got served and were gone before me. Same with other online orders waiting. Shut down online orders or work in order received! Happy to talk with anyone from the store or corporate!“

Not only does it offer an alternative to cafeteria food, it provides food for patients after hours (i.e. those who we're admitted late in the day, etc).
