We ordered a chicken & steak burrito and chicken bowl and neither had meat in them. I tried to call the store as it was an online order to request it be fixed and you can't talk directly to the store. You can only use their AI app and then they only give you a credit. I only use the app because you can't order a full quesadilla in store. If you want a full quesadilla then you have to order on the app. For the price you pay for Chipotle it shouldn't come with so many problems!...read full review
Don’t bother ordering what you want, they just give you someone else’s order if you use the app. Good luck getting your appetite back after you bite in a burrito meant for someone else and you throw up
When we walked in , it was very slow. Tables were not wiped, floor was dirty as well. Employee presentation not good either. Called to speak with a manager the next day and there is a recording. They don’t answer their phones either. Will not return to this place. Honestly food was much better at WAWA next door and employees looked presentable, were friendly and care about their customer.
