The food is delicious. Great subs. The only problem I have is both bathrooms are locked and it clearly says no public bathrooms. I wanted to wash my hands before I began eating and couldn't. How can a restaurant not provide a bathroom for their customers? Come on Firehouse really?
I like their subs no complaint with food or service. I was disappointed that apparently their app changed and I had 10,000 points and now have zero. Was told nothing they could do and others have complained as well.
Staff was very friendly and restuarant was clean.

Firehouse Subs New Smyrna Beach offers good, simple sandwiches with a variety of flavors of Coca-Cola. The interior has a fun design, and the staff are super awesome and kid-friendly. The food is delicious, with great subs. Customers can easily order on the Firehouse app, and there is plenty of easy-to-access parking. Some customers have experienced inconsistent service and felt pressured to donate money, but the staff, such as Makayla and Jorden, are always welcoming and make great food, even for those who come in close to closing time.
