This place is amazing the people are great and the food is always amazing been coming here for 17 years and never had a bad experience!
I had high hopes for this Chinese restaurant since it was recommended by a friend. The food was decent, but it could have used a bit more flavor. I might give it another shot, but I’m not in a rush.
I get the shrimp and veggies and I've tried other Chinese restaurants around New Smyrna Beach and Joy Luck Garden is the best everything's fresh the shrimp isn't mushy I love this place I wish they weren't closed on Tuesdays
