“Never been to a Starbicks before but wanted to try something new. Ive always got the Caramel frappucinos from McDonalds. But today I ordered the Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch frappacino. And Zinnia the server was amazing. She was patient with me while I asked questions. And then when I got to the window, I had a mishap, but she helped me out. So I got to try the frappacino even when my internet unexpectedly came out of my account. Now, I will never see McDonalds Frappacinos the same. The Starbucks one, though kinda expensive, is so worth it. So all in all, the drink. Amazing. The store. Amazing. And Zinnia? Absolutely superb!! Thanks for a wonderful first experience.“
“Aaron is truly an amazing barista, we are always so happy to hear his voice. He takes customer service to a whole new level. Everyone here is very nice I will add , Aaron just has blown my mind with the level of service and personal attention to his customers and getting to know them. Some might think this is just a job but Aaron treats everyone like a VIP. I was sooooo impressed with Aaron that I called Corporate to give him recognition for his OUTSTANDING work about 6 weeks ago but he was not recognized :(.
