I put in a mobile order for drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker as directed I was told all mobile orders needed to be picked up inside. I advised I put it in for drive thru. I was then told to proceed to the window where I was greeted with the worst customer service attitude by a young person in a green zip up hoodie (did they even work there?) this person told me to pull forward and wait. Today was our third visit to this location in the last two months. When you first start to open the entry door you notice how dirts the glass and handle is. Then upon entering you see the front counter is dirty and the walls and floor need a good cleaning. Some of the employees demonstrate their lack of training. Catchup dispenser has been empty at every visit.

Wendy's offers amazing food with a dedicated drive-through team, despite slow service at times. The atmosphere is quiet and the staff is described as absolutely amazing. The drive-through employee was praised for her exceptional service, going above and beyond even in challenging weather conditions. The young lady at the counter did a wonderful job, but she seemed uncomfortable due to a rude manager who was cussing with customers. However, the customers will always love Wendy's, as their hamburgers are always very good, and their triple Berry shakes were delicious. The drive-through staff is consistently kind and quick with their service.
