Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm pescatarian so they helped me craft a mushroom grilled cheese from the menu which was yummy. My fries were pretty awful, very cold, chewy and tough. I took them back and they apologized and immediately gave me the next batch of fries coming fresh out of the fryer and upgraded me to a large no charge. The fresh fries were absolutely delicious. When I ordered dessert they told me it's cheaper to order two apple turnovers than one so I did....read full review

It was a bit slow for fast food, and there was one time my order was messed up. However, this place is for comfort food, and they do that quite well. Staff has always been extremely polite and well-meaning. Chicken is always spot on, burgers are good, and place is usually clean when I go inside. Drive thru is just slow, but I'm used to that now.

It was my first time today at Hardee's and I can say they made it the best. I know it's just a food restaurant but they made it seem like we was all family. The confidence and the kindness was the best. I definitely recommend coming to Hardee's in Newberry. Not only was the employees nice and wounded full people. So was the food. I had no problems with my food. They also have your food out pretty fast. Over all good service!!
