“The Limonada Rosada I had on Monday was incredibly refreshing. Four days later (Friday), my wife and I stopped by and when I asked for it, they had just run out—bummed out! The other sour they had was pretty good, though—green and a perfect fit for St. Patrick’s Day. My wife loves IPAs and really enjoyed hers. The service was awesome too.”

“Definitely make a reservation. Great location and plenty of parking. Service was alittle slow but they were really busy. Great atmosphere. The food was amazing. I had the Grilled double bone-In pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans. For dessert I had chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream. I believe the price was spot on for what I had. I will be going back and would highly recommend trying this restaurant out. You will mot be sorry!”

But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.”

“I have eaten at the restraunt a couple times inside and it has been awesome everytime so I do recommend eating there. Service has always been awesome, but Do not order to go. The food quality to go is nowhere close to when eat eat there and that's disappointing. I ordered hibatchi chicken and shrimp to go and pretty good chicken and shrimp floating in sauce and a bunch of onions and carrots floating in watery sauce. Will never order to go again. Especially when my whole order was over 75 dollars.”

We were starving when we got here, so I forgot to take pictures of the avocado roll, cucumber roll, and teriyaki tofu.

Every single the thing we got was amazing! And the teriyaki plate was so large that we ended up splitting it and so full we could barely eat the fried Oreos we got for dessert!”

“I’m from out of town and stay in the Baymeadows area for 2 extended periods during the calendar year. Metro Diner Southside has been my go-to breakfast stop for the past 6 years. The staff is so much fun to deal with, and it’s flattering to know that they recognize me whenever I stop in. The usual fare for me is standard food (omelettes/fried egg, meat, hash browns, toast); however, today’s choice was the pork chop & eggs special. Thoughts? This needs to be placed on the regular menu. Wow! The pork chop was “over-the-top” delicious and was a perfect match with the other items on my plate (OE eggs/HBs/biscuit). I’m hoping (praying?) that this dish stays on the specials list through this weekend! Special shoutouts to my 3 favorite servers (Rachel, Jacklyn, & Monica-all in a tie for 1st place) and to today’s greeter (whose name I can’t recall and apologize for that). All of them are friendly, efficient, and lots of fun to chat with. Keep up the great work. See y’all over the weekend!”
