“OMG! The food was so delicious! We got a meal pack consisting of chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, garlic toast and ordered a separate side order of cole slaw. The gentleman who took my order by phone was super nice and so was the young lady who cashed me out when I picked it up. We will definitely be back!“

“We had great wings and our waitress was awesome and we had a party of 18.... however. The person at the front desk a big guy or girl longer curly hair was very rude on three occasions. 1) was annoyed because I was not certain if our party was 18 or 20 as I didn't call the reservation and made a point to tell a colleague we didn't know how large our party was 2) once we had 15 of our 18 people inside blocking the entry I told a person in our party they won't seat us until we're all here, he/she said" I said most of your party needs to be here". 3) folding napkins and silver wear at the from entry desk while he/she kept pulling his hair back out of her/his face then going right back to handling the silver wear. Again food good, attitude terrible!“

“We visited Mission BBQ Ft Myers, it was delicious! We met Ben who walks around talks to people and makes you feel welcome. He was so nice to us, offered samples of different items on the menu that we have never tasted. Food is always spot on and tastes the best every time we go. The staff is exceptional as well as Ben. “I had to wait about 23 minutes for my online order. I was pretty pissy about it but the only reason why I didnt leave mad is because of how the hostess took care of me tonight. I know the kitchen wasn’t her fault, but she communicated and gave me updates. I appreciated that and left content. She offered to bring it to my car. Such a sweet caring hostess! Service is great but kitchen has to get better. Give her my kudos! Food was still good.“

“We live in Cape Coral and LOVE the Westin! We have done a few events there, and love taking Our Family there. We went for my Daughters 15th Birthday. I took her and friends out for dinner. Our server was great! She was so nice and accommodating our needs. I asked about the cookies they used to make if they could bring those out and I was told they no longer make those. So instead Chef Richie brought out 4 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies decorated with chocolate ganache and slices of chocolate fudge cake with raspberry sauce. It was an Amazing Surprise l! They really enjoyed it! That is what you call impeccable service! I'm a loyal Marriot elite member and The Westin in Cape Coral has my heart! Thank you“
