After all the hype I was expecting more...perhaps because it was full of the lunch crowd. I am sure rhe evening offers better atmosphere..however, the guy entertaining was great..we went on saturday afternoon, had 2 drinks and left....would I go back, probably not unless we had a group so we could make our own fun ?
Hopefully, this was just an off Monday lunch day for the staff. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food after ordering. Our waitress brought us the wrong drinks and didn't take off our bill. Our food wasn't as expected. The special 8.99 hamburger was the size of a kids' meal from McDonald's. The waitress asked when ordering if lettuce, tomatoes, and onion would be ok on the hamburger, and my husband said yes, it came plain nothing on it. Very tropical open atmosphere. We did get smoke from some diners but we know being outdoors with a palapa roof the mngt. couldn't guarantee we wouldn't be exposed. Food was quite good. Irdered potato skins and pork nachos. Waitress came by 4x and many other times just walked by but didn't ask us if we wanted drinks or even water ir anything after our apps..
