“The Nest at Heron’s Glen provides great food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere! We dine here often and love the variety of great tasting food offered. They offer healthy options for lunch and dinner as well as bar menu items if craving that type of meal. This is a perfect place to bring guests or other golfers after playing a round on the Heron’s Glen Championship Golf Course. Our friends love dining there as well. During season, they also offer a fabulous breakfast buffet, which includes a complimentary mimosa. This is a true gem! Fantastic dining experience!!“

“A group of four of us were served by Dylan G. None of us were very tech savvy, so we had some difficulty with the app. Dylan could not have been more patient, and helped us get through the entire process. The food was delicious! Dylan took very good care us, making sure we getting what we wanted. Thank you for making our visit a good one!“

“My husband and I came in for a fresh seafood dinner and this restaurant did not disappoint. Our waiter, Justin, was incredible from start to finish. His extensive knowledge of the menu offerings coupled with his exuberance had us smiling and laughing like we were speaking with an old friend. We decided to create our own tasting of sorts from the fine selections of fresh seafood. Our meal included the NOLA Oysters which were baked and served with seasoned butter, the crab cake appetizer which was serving of lump crab held together by a crispy sear and no filler, as well as the chilled seafood tower. Every bite from start to finish was delectable. We had crab, lobster, tuna tartar, shrimp and oysters. Each bite was more spectacular than the previous as we sampled each offering. We have already decided the next time we are in town that this restaurant will be a must! 5 Stars out of 5!!“

Nice place to snack on wings and watch a game or even bring the whole family as they also have a few arcade games as well. We will definitely be back and join in on the many events they host. “Nice place. Our waitress was very attentive, kept our ice tea full and remembered to keep plenty of Splena on the table. I ordered the Seafood Cobb Salad. I am a Cobb Salad fan and order one where ever I go. This one was huge and I mean a 12” plate piled on. All of the individual components were plentiful 5 grilled shrimp on top, tons of cherry tomatoes, a half a pig of bacon, bleu cheese, onions, and the rest were stacked high. Only thing that would have made it better would be chopped greens. I had to get a “kitty bag” for later. Desert was their Banana Bread Pudding with toasted bananas. Again huge could have shared it with 3. Wife ordered Crème Brûlée which she wouldn’t share. Only bump was wife’s entre, Dolphin fish came out topped with tomatoes which she is deathly allergic (not mentioned on the menu) but not to worry, they made her another lickety split. Two entrées, appetizer, ice tea, desert and nice tip came to just under $100 about average for a decent Cape Coral restaurant. Big smiles on this one.????“

If you like amazing food, innovative menu's that aren't crazy complicated, and supporting small businesses, I highly recommend them. I wish the family of Fat Katz Sports Bistro all my love, it was a pleasure working with you back when your doors opened, and it makes me so happy to see you still living the dream! For those looking for food like none other in the area, check this place out. My only words of warning is this place is popping and the food is fresh so please be patient with waiting times! “What an amazing lunch at McGregor Cafe! My friend took me for a belated birthday lunch. We had mango mimosas and I had the brie-LT sandwich special which was delicious! Our server Brenda was amazing and provided for our every need with a smile! What a great experience! We will be back. Highly recommend!“

There aren't any fountain drinks not even water. You have to buy can or bottle beverages here that are pretty marked up in price. Overall decent food“

“Tonight, my fiance and I, along with a couple of friends, enjoyed a delightful dinner at Christoph’s on McGregor. Housed in a beautifully remodeled turn-of-the-century home, the restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly compliments the dining experience. We ordered lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, scallops with risotto, Caprese salad, warm bread, cheesecake, and homemade Key lime pie. The lasagna was, as always, delicious and served in a generous portion. The spaghetti came with impressively large meatballs—definitely enough to share—and was packed with flavor. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the risotto was wonderfully creamy. The cheesecake however lacked flavor, but the homemade key lime pie was amazing! It was a fantastic meal in a charming setting—truly a wonderful evening!“

“My birthday cake went in the trash! Needed something quickly! After searching the internet for what I needed, I called. They could help me out! I really was in a big fix! I grabbed a couple of my cake tiers..and went to see what she held for me... they were very delicious cupcakes! At the party, when friends asked where I got them...people knew.."Oh..the little place.."..ayuh...watch out for those small unpretentious little shops in a plaza...its a GEM! “Nice atmosphere but the food is just average. Had the conch fritters were undercooked doughy inside then the crunchy grouper sandwich that was overcooked dark and dry. Clearly they need a capable fry cook in the kitchen. The sweet potato fries could have used another minute in the grease“

“Full disclosure, I also work in Cape Harbour so I spend a lot of time in or near Fathoms- That being said, they have the BEST salads of anywhere I've been in a VERY VERY long time. Their regular menu steak salad, the goat cheese salad, and when you can get it on the specials menu- the coconut shrimp salad (My absolute favorite, everyone should try it! The mango salsa makes it *chefs kiss*)

They have the friendliest bartenders and kitchen staff, and ownership takes pride in keeping everything looking fresh (like the actual owners powerwashing the patio)

I'm pleased to recommend Fathoms to anyone visiting, or any locals who maybe haven't been for awhile- it's SO much better than before Ian!“
