“I’ve been following this business on instagram for some time now and today and i just so happen to drive by coincidence of being en route to my destination. So of course i had to stop by on my way back. They are lovely and genuine people by nature you can just feel it you know. And you know this is place of business is from the heart. I hot a smoothie #8 and the curry bean patty listen i had to go back inside to get two more its good 🔥. I have to come back and do a full shopping spree when it comes to the herbal side of things but nonetheless I'm happy i stopped by and I'm forever a customer simple as that.“

“Stayed at a nearby hotel that had way overpriced breakfast. Found this place while walking, looking for other options. Happy to have found a cheaper healthier option. My 2 girls loved the acai bowls. The smalls were perfect for them. My latte was very good and the breakfast burrito was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and clearly love what they do. Was great to hear excited screams from the back as a worker arrived that the other hadn't seen for a bit.“

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) “ I’m not able to give five stars because they serve dead animals per the apps rules, but I didn’t want to say that it was the most satisfying meal I had in all of Fort Lauderdale and Miami combined! The black bean burger was my favorite as was the PB shake! The owner really knows what he’s doing. I hope they transition away from vegetable oil in the future as well as get rid of the synthetic fragrance air freshener in the bathroom.“

“Farm to Fork is a great way to have a delicious restaurant quality meal in your home. The quality and variety of the meals is top notch. The choice of meals is constantly rotating so you never get tired of the selections. The portions are generous and the meals are very tasty. Some of my favorite meals are : greek spanakopita; meatloaf; any of the salmon meals, chicken parm, carne asada, the muffins, the lunch tuna meal, any kind of quiche, and chicken salad. the price of the meals is also very reasonable.“

I also work remotely, so having a quick lunch to grab avoids fast food runs. The pork carnitas dish is my fav and my son's fav is the bbq beef w mac n cheese.
