I just left the drive thru ,that was a great experience costumer service was so good and fast ,the young man with red shirt ,Gonzales was so nice, he did a good job at the drive thru thank you.
My first time at this location, and my first time going through the drive through at any location. The chicken was extremely dry, even the dark meat. I've never had that happen at any Pollo Tropical. The corn was flavorless. I was very disappointed. The young man at the window was nice though.
