“Swami Juice Because I practice and teach hot yoga and because I am always on the go, I need quick and versatile ways to inject energy and hydration in my day. Swami Juice was the perfect solution. The person that helped me suggested the 5-day cleanse and allowed me to customize the flavors of the juices to my taste. “This is one of my favorites places to have breakfast feeling connected to the world, table our outdoor where you can appreciate the trees and plants all around you . The Acai bowl is one of my favorite and is enough for two people. I could share it with my husband but I choose not to because it to good. Breakfast is also fresh and I love the home made organic bread they serve for breakfast. Coffee is hot and delicious. I took my mom for first time and she loved as well.“

“When Carrot Express North Beach opened, it became my "go-to" for food that is fresh, healthy, and delicious. Whenever Angie the manager is there, I feel welcomed, everything runs smoothly, meals are done well and quickly.

The only 2 things I'd say are not good are (1) when ordering delivery instead of takeout lately it's taken up to two hours to receive food (which is by then cold and/or melted) and (2) Carrot Express prices have become very high so I don't order as frequently as I used to. I didn't knock off any stars for these 2 things because I learned that a nearby Carrot Express location recently shut down and North Beach got slammed with new orders now coming to them (hopefully they sort this out with their delivery drivers soon so we can get delivery in a timely manner again!) and North Beach isn't the only location with high prices--it's across the board with Carrot Express.

Otherwise North Beach has been a nice experience, both with food quality and customer service.“

“Last weekend, we found this great little restaurant booth at Aventura Mall near Macy's that has delicious baked goods, desserts, coffee and snacks. It's very casual there.

We ordered the Beef empanadas, Chicken empanadas, a Nutella quesadilla, and 6 little cheesy pastelitos. My favorites were the chicken empanadas and the cheesy pastelitos...yummmy!!! The servers were friendly and welcoming.

The food was so good that we may stop by there again tomorrow since we will be in the area. Parking is by Macy's inside the mall.“
