This is probably one of my most well deserved 5star reviews!The Chef/Owner runs the truck by himself and after having a nice 10 min conversation we learned that he was trained in Napoli at one of the most reputable pizza spots there!The dough was so light and airy the crust was perfect. As a frequenter of La Leggenda and O’ Munaciello, which are not only two of the best pizza places in Miami but arguably the country, I was pleased with (and admittedly pleasantly surprised at) the quality of Amore Mio pizza.I ordered the Margherita Pizza, which was prepared and ready in 10 minutes.
