“Me and my family have visited many Crafty Crab establishments across South Florida, but, the North Miami Beach location is THE BEST by far! The service is amazing! I sit with Steph, Linda or Kayla during my visits. They are so attentive and they anticipate our needs and check back with us multiple times, to ensure that our experience goes off without a hitch! Don’t even get me started on the food! The seafood boils are always fresh and cooked to perfection and anything fried is served golden brown and crispy! The fried calamari are the best that I’ve had anywhere, and I’ve had them in every restaurant you can think of! The bartender, Samantha, makes the best Long Passion in all the land! The manager, Heather, is always so welcoming and she stops by each table to engage with the guests. I will definitely be back… probably by the end of the week! This place receives FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! Please don’t take my word for it and go see for yourself.“
“Had lunch there with my sister. Very friendly employees. They helped us decide by explaining how some of the items were prepared. Food was very good, nice Cajon flavors if that's what you want. Definitely going back to try a few more items.“
“Walking into this establishment gave me a very cozy feel . I was greeted by Denise with a beautiful friendly smile. I noticed other customers waiting , they were quite busy but Denise showed an extreme amount of patience. Despite the agitation from customers, Denise remained calm and empathic. She treated the customers like her own family . The food was also very great especially the fried plantains which were very flavorful and the griot reminded me of my Haitian childhood. I highly recommend!!!! 10/10“
“We came in for lunch before flying back home and the seafood was good. The lunch boil came with a good amount of sausage and shrimp. The potatoes were a bit hard.I was not a fan of the annoying robot that was wheeling around saying Captain Jack is here. Hire some humans instead of AI.“
“Very nice ambiance, clean and friendly staff. We ordered the fried lobster meal and 2 conch and a shrimp platter. The food was fresh and delicious!!!!! The presentation was stellar. An exquisite meal indeed. Hats off the server , chefs and everyone who is apart of this establishment, loved it!!!“
“I love this restaurant their food is always hot and fresh, ready on time and affordable ! I’m addicted and will always be a faithful customer. My fav meal is the $7 special (rice and beans or white rice that comes with black bean sauce and 3 piece drumsticks yummy fried chicken with pikliz)“

“Absolutely fabulous. Found them at the Yellow Green Market and they will not disappoint. Ordered the Crawfish étouffée and the jambalaya and it was so authentic. Employee had a great positive attitude and saved me with water in the very hot market. Thank you for your kindness. Wish we could get your food outside the market as it really was excellent. The Yellow Green Market is rather challenging to get inside to purchase more of your fabulous food.“
“A hidden gem in North Miami. I have driven past this place multiple times but decided to stop in to try them. The best decision ever. The food was AMAZING, the portions are good, and the fried turkey was very juicy. No dry pieces and the rice was everything. Highly recommend this place.“

“I love everything about Hook & Reel! Let me start off by saying the decorations and hostess was so nice. I called my order in advance so when I arrived, there was a very short wait time. Once home my crab legs were still piping hot. There was a good amount of lemons. I genuinely can't say anything bad because everything was perfect. Thank you“
“I picked up food to go and was pleasantly surprised at the price and the amount of food I received. The staff was super friendly and gave me great advice on what to order. The garlic crab was delicious, mussels great and it was a lot of food more then I expected.“
“Another one of my fried rice cravings led me to this place. They did not disappoint. Had the Crab Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon. Both were delicious. Ordered a lemonade, but I think they sent a fruit punch instead, not a fan, but nothing major.“
“Try this out again and even sent my brother here. The food is so delicious and fresh. Tried the ribs and they are lean and tasty. Ordered the duck and roast pork again because I know it will be on point with flavor. The special fried rice was as good as I imagined and I will definitely come back again and tell anyone who wants to try it out.“
