“I tried calling to get the name of the employee who made my shake on 07/12 Around 11:20pm , but it seems like the restaurant has updated the number on google anywho I ordered through the drive though a Oreo milk shake and I emphasized for my shake to be made right because when I order from this location I always get more soft serve , to the point where I need a spoon and they always and I mean always skimp out on the main ingredient (the Oreos 😒). If I wanted soft serve I would’ve ordered just that . To the young lady who prepared my Oreo milk shake . Thank you ! Thank you for actually listening to the customer and satisfying the customer . The shake was creamy and the ratio was perfect.“
“Terrible experience. I ordered two BBQ Brisket Whoppers. And it looks nothing like the image they promote or the ingredients listed in the description. I don't understand why they'd skimp on ingredients for something we're paying for and isn't free. Just a little bit of beef brisket. No crispy onions or cheese. Also, I asked to add lettuce and they said they didn't have any. Most of the menu has lettuce and they don't have any? How crazy. This isn't the first time I've had this bad experience at this place. They should close it down if it doesn't represent or have the Burger King concept. This burger is a king without a crown.“
