My grandmother passed away on June 16, 2026, at the remarkable age of 94.

“We had to call the manager to the order counter. Asked three different people, they listened and walked away! Two Whoppers and two medium diet drinks please! Nobody except the manager knew English and they were all very rude. I don't use computer machines, I am blind, so I see no reason to come back here again.“

“This morning around 10:30 AM, I walked in with a group of 75 teenagers on a field trip. We did not plan to stop at Burger King but the food court at the museum we were visiting was closed. The staff was so efficient in handling our large crowd. I apologized for bringing in such a crowd without notice and explained what happened. Erykah told us “do not worry… we’ll make sure these kids have food. They can eat here.” Erykah was a lifesaver and somehow managed to feed all of our kids in 45 minutes. “We havent had BK in a while, as i was driving by my girlfriend pointed the fact that it looks brand new. I explained they closed for a while to renovate which made me sad because i used to go with my son after picking him up from school because they still had the kids play area thing, but the food was mediocare at best. Simply for the feels i pulled in and had possibly the best BK experience ive had in a LONG time (possibly the only one as an adult). The burger looked like it was straight out of the menu!“

The employee who took care of me, Henry, handed me a soda before quickly coming back to me saying he was moving so fast he wasn’t sure if he actually had poured a diet coke and gave me a new one. “I had such a great experience at the Burger King on 115th Ave and 40th St on Bird Road thanks to Hazel. It was really late around 1:27 am and they close at 2, but he was still so kind, patient, and welcoming. You could tell he genuinely cared even though it was the end of a long shift.

The service was super fast and the food came out hot, fresh, and honestly delicious. Ordering on the app made everything really easy too, which I appreciated that late at night.

“This is about the only Burger King in Cuter Bay I will eat from. I gave it a 1 for atmosphere because I’ve never been inside. My food has always been hot and fresh. I only eat the chicken sandwhich and impossible whopper. No complaints about the food. Is very frustrated when you order food at any fast food chain and are asked FOR HERE or TO GO and you reply FOR HERE and receive your food packed in a bag instead of a tray !
WALESKA is always attended and alert and I never have to request a tray since she is able to read screen and follow directions and I hope this POSITVIE review can be reached out not only to her in house dinning Supervisors but also ALL WAY AS HIGHEST LEVEL TO CORPORATE FOR HER RECOGNITION !
Maybe CORPORATE will find this enough encouragement to INVEST IN WALESKA FUTURE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP when in a 7 PM Saturday night lots of girls her age are getting lost in street doing the wrong thing this young,smiling and very professional lady is devoting her time to earn a decent income.

Came on Sunday November 16th around 7pm. The girl that took my order was very professnal took my order promptly. The guy working the register was super friendly and professional also. The food was super fresh and delicious. The night crew here much different than the daycrew I guess.“

“Syanne working drive thru by herself 8/1 with the deepwave middle part and beautiful teeth needs a raise and more! despite the line being to the street she treated me with kindness and fulfilled all my needs!! Also just to put it out there this restaurant is 85% hispanic and needs more diversity. The car infront of me was struggling to order his food due to an accent and i overheard her being very considerate to him. Food was mid but i’ll be back for her!“
