“Burger King is really bringing things to a new level. I don't have kids but this was a really cool Burger King and they have Halloween sprit going on, if you have kids you should bring them to this Burger King, if your honey going to Burger King. Plus the staff was well organized and on point I'm not used to this treatment at Burger King but I like it. I wish every Burger King was just half as nice as this Burger King.“

“We had to call the manager to the order counter. Asked three different people, they listened and walked away! Two Whoppers and two medium diet drinks please! Nobody except the manager knew English and they were all very rude. I don't use computer machines, I am blind, so I see no reason to come back here again.“

Tonight was my first time driving through the Burger King drive through at midnight on 10/05 and the person at the window was so lovely and fast. The employee who took care of me, Henry, handed me a soda before quickly coming back to me saying he was moving so fast he wasn’t sure if he actually had poured a diet coke and gave me a new one. “This is about the only Burger King in Cuter Bay I will eat from. I gave it a 1 for atmosphere because I’ve never been inside. My food has always been hot and fresh. I only eat the chicken sandwhich and impossible whopper. No complaints about the food. Now it is a bit pricey for a fast food joint, but as long as the quality of the food remains I’m ok with the price“

Came on Sunday November 16th around 7pm. The girl that took my order was very professnal took my order promptly. The guy working the register was super friendly and professional also. The food was super fresh and delicious. The night crew here much different than the daycrew I guess.“

“I had such a great experience at the Burger King on 115th Ave and 40th St on Bird Road thanks to Hazel. It was really late around 1:27 am and they close at 2, but he was still so kind, patient, and welcoming. You could tell he genuinely cared even though it was the end of a long shift.

The service was super fast and the food came out hot, fresh, and honestly delicious. Ordering on the app made everything really easy too, which I appreciated that late at night.

Is very frustrated when you order food at any fast food chain and are asked FOR HERE or TO GO and you reply FOR HERE and receive your food packed in a bag instead of a tray !

“I used to hate coming to the this BK. The food used to be cold and tasted horrible. In the last few months, things have changed. Not sure if management changed but I have seen a change in staff. The food is hot and fresh. Customer service is great and I love that the drive thru is open 24 hours for those late night munchies. Love the change.“

“Workers are friendly at this Burger King and orders come out right most of the time. Though, sometimes it’s a bit hard to get a worker’s attention at the window when they forget a part of your order and you’re kinda just left sitting there in your car while there’s a line behind you…

My mom and I come to this Burger King after work and get the chicken sandwich meal and Whopper meal. Food is always great.

One complaint: One night we drove up to the Burger King Drive-Thru and asked the worker about the Dragon Ball-Z meal. He said they were unfortunately out for the night. Alright, that’s understandable since it’s popular. We asked when they’d be back in stock and he said on Thursday. We left promptly after that, wishing the man a goodnight.

Two days later (way before Thursday), my mom goes to the same Burger King and asks about the Dragon Ball-Z meals. The employee at the window says they’ve been in stock the whole time!

It seemed the man from before had just wanted us to leave…and lied to us.
