“Man! The enthusiasm and the energy in this store! I came in after a long day of work and the food isbdelicious, the restaurant is clean, and all the employees are in a good mood. Definitely grateful for this. They even cut my sandwich in half.“

“We had to call the manager to the order counter. Asked three different people, they listened and walked away! Two Whoppers and two medium diet drinks please! Nobody except the manager knew English and they were all very rude. I don't use computer machines, I am blind, so I see no reason to come back here again.“

“We havent had BK in a while, as i was driving by my girlfriend pointed the fact that it looks brand new. I explained they closed for a while to renovate which made me sad because i used to go with my son after picking him up from school because they still had the kids play area thing, but the food was mediocare at best. “This morning around 10:30 AM, I walked in with a group of 75 teenagers on a field trip. We did not plan to stop at Burger King but the food court at the museum we were visiting was closed. The staff was so efficient in handling our large crowd. I apologized for bringing in such a crowd without notice and explained what happened. Erykah told us “do not worry… we’ll make sure these kids have food. They can eat here.” Erykah was a lifesaver and somehow managed to feed all of our kids in 45 minutes. “I had such a great experience at the Burger King on 115th Ave and 40th St on Bird Road thanks to Hazel. It was really late around 1:27 am and they close at 2, but he was still so kind, patient, and welcoming. You could tell he genuinely cared even though it was the end of a long shift.

The service was super fast and the food came out hot, fresh, and honestly delicious. Ordering on the app made everything really easy too, which I appreciated that late at night.

If you download the app you can earn points for free food in a short time. Conveniently located in front of Brickell City Centre. Customer service was amazing there’s this young hispanic lady in the front register with black hair and what I believe to be tattoos she’s always moving around to make sure she gets my order right and can’t complain what an amazing hard worker and extremely fast paced . Only problem is she always seems to be alone in the front handling drive thru and the front at the same time and I highly recommend for someone to at least give her a hand because this isn’t my first time experiencing it . Is very frustrated when you order food at any fast food chain and are asked FOR HERE or TO GO and you reply FOR HERE and receive your food packed in a bag instead of a tray !
WALESKA is always attended and alert and I never have to request a tray since she is able to read screen and follow directions and I hope this POSITVIE review can be reached out not only to her in house dinning Supervisors but also ALL WAY AS HIGHEST LEVEL TO CORPORATE FOR HER RECOGNITION !

Came on Sunday November 16th around 7pm. The girl that took my order was very professnal took my order promptly. The guy working the register was super friendly and professional also. The food was super fresh and delicious. The night crew here much different than the daycrew I guess.“

“I went last night, May 4th, and I just want to give a big shoutout to this team. From the moment I walked in, the service was excellent. Even though there were about 7 cars in the drive-thru, the staff stayed very professional and organized. I ordered inside, and they were friendly and quick.

While I was there, a lady i think from DoorDash or Uber Eats came in with a pretty bad attitude, but the team handled it amazingly. They didn’t argue or lose their composure. Instead, they stayed calm, smiled, prepared her order, and handed it to her professionally. That really says a lot about their customer service.

Special thanks to Riky, Jorge, Mariana, and the other two girls working that shift. They made the whole experience great. I even left with two crowns and a big smile.
