Istronga was an amazing experience! Ms. Carrie’s loving, warm hospitality and excellent customer service truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. She fed us well—the plate was very flavorful, filling, and nutritious. Everything was prepared with care and love. You have to try the empanadas!!!!!!! We would definitely visit again and highly recommend stopping by!

Second time today and was served up a nutritious plate by Istronga. Fi him ting dey pon a different level. This is the place to get the right roots for di right ting. All when you feel like you healthy. Di man stock little honey and him vege pudun no have no dairy. Straight ground. Yes it was really a honor Fi reason wid the brother wha add more knowledge to the 3rd eye.

Some of the best food I’ve had in a while, this food is truly a gift from God. The flavors take you for a unique trip around the garden packed full of fresh, organic, and authentic Caribbean flavors. I loved every single bite and don’t get me started on the sea-moss beverage! Super fresh and invigorating, just as the service. It was a pleasure speaking to Kimmy and Karen and being educated on what I’m putting into my body. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will be back...
