First time coming to Mimmo’s and we loved it! Very attentive service and out of this world delicious/ fresh food. We had the Italian and meatball subs and a tiramisu for dessert.. all were phenomenal. They also gave us a complimentary cheese tray which we enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back soon. :)

the best espresso and fresh focaccia in north beach. get the mimmos panini on the fresh foccacia bread. amazing. and bruno and his wife are the sweetest people.

Yesterday, we stumbled over Mimmo's simply by driving by. We decided we'd venture in to see what the market & restaurant was like and found ourselves arriving just before closing. We were greeted warmly and welcomed in as if it were the start of their day! The paninis sound amazing and after having the food there, I have no doubt they are but we wanted our first intro to Mimmo's to be the pizza so we ordered the Speciality pizza which is outfitted in truffle and mushroom flavors on top of a focaccia crust. There are pre-selected pizza configurations of course, but then there's the ability to build your own pizza with a wide range of incredible toppings from olives to dates but the standout ingredient is the wide range of wonderful housemade cheeses you can select to top your pizza! That can't be found outside of Mimmo's.

We took our pizza home for dinner but while we waited (pizzas are made to order with very minimal wait time), we were treated to a delicious mini cheese board sampling which instantly transported us back to Italy! This is a very Italian practice and to see it here in Miami of all places where greed is often the focus not the customer, locked me in. I knew we'd be repeat customers. Mr. Bruno Ponce is passionate about the food he serves.

The pizza - When we reach home, we were able to enjoy the pizza. It was wonderful! The flavors blended together so perfectly. I didn't feel an ounce of guilt eating this delicious pizza, seriously. Because everything, especially the cheese is made in house in their cheese factory and isn't full of preservatives like the majority of pizzerias. Simply fresh quality ingredients combined together with passion.

Great find!!!! A real treasure while in the greater Miami/MIB area as the cheese, foods and staff are wonderful. Fun outside garden for coffee, pastry and amazing sandwiches....

Food: for our first visit we ordered from their panini menu, with an array of great fresh options you can definitely satisfy your craving! I got a great fresh panini on a baguette which was great! From the homemade pesto, fresh prosciutto and the best homemade mozzarella! I highly recommend!We also got another sandwich but requested it on a focaccia and this has to be the way to go in my opinion the freshly baked focaccia was the winner!We did try dessert which was a tiramisu and along with the food it was a hit! Moist, creamy, and the perfect ratio of sweet, bitter , and chocolate flavors!Service: we were greeted by a smile and that’s always a great start! We had many questions and the employee was happy to help and give recommendations. As we waited she bright over a taste of their homemade cheeses which are made in the make as they are a full blown cheese factory!! Our food didn’t take long at all!We will be back and I will edit this review according to our future visits!
