Last night I called Pizza Hut to place an order. First of all, I must say that the gentleman who took my order was very courteous and professional. He even got me to add extra cheese to my original order. I was was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the place almost 20 minutes later. As of today, this Pizza Hut location will not receive another penny of my money. This used to be a great location but apparently, a change in management and/or ownership has made this place the epitome of unprofessional service. My review is not based on one bad experience; it is based on a few bad experiences during different times of the day with the same issues. This location is the worst location ever delivery, and the management (Anthony) is horrible. It never fails…. The worst customer service ever!!! I place an order, get confirmation of order and that it’s out for delivery and it never shows up. When you speak to a manager, he bets me getting mad as if I am the problem. Unacceptable!!!!
If this location is an example of Pizza Huts standard I would recommend everyone to go to another pizza company. This is horrible!
