“I am not a food critic, but I do know great food, service, and a clean well run restaurant. Here I sit reading these reviews and can’t help but wonder where this one person can give reviews of numerous restaurants and not wonder if she is on the payroll at a local eatery and reviews just to rant and downgrade the competition. Nalla ! Sit home and grow up. What a waste of skin. Let the honest and knowledgeable customers reviews tell you where a restaurant’s food and how it is run give you an honest opinion. Remember her name when reading reviews because this critic is what is ruining the reviewing process. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW!!!!!!!“

“The hospitality of the owners was as if we were family. The food is just fantastic, its authentic. My favorite dish was the humble black beans, perfectly cooked with subtle spicing and my main dish was pulpo (octopus), it was tender and again with subtle spices. On a different occasion I had the best authentic Cuban sandwich. I cannot recommend enough.“

“We love the vibe of this diner! We had a chance to have a staycation here at the resort and had breakfast here each morning. Our server Elvira was so personable and made for great conversation as we sat outside and enjoyed the greens.Both mornings I got the short rib hash and wowza were the portions, generous, and the taste spot on. Everything that we had was really fresh. What made this place stand out was true to the name. There are quite a few birds that hang out as well outside in every so often they get shooed away. For some this would be a nuisance, however it actually was amusing and added to the experience.

I absolutely would return for the short rib hash. It’s the type of hearty meal that keeps you going all throughout the day. And a shout out to our server Elvira, who give us such fun context about the place and brought us lots of joy!“

“Never would have thought that a Cuban place would make such good Philly cheesesteak Sandwiches and empanadas. This place is a must if your in the area. The spot is shared with a convenient store but there’s ample seating area. The staff was super friendly too“

“We thoroughly enjoyed being guests at Don Cafe in West Palm Beach. We were treated very well, and the staff are friendly. The food was fresh, full of zestful seasoning. We definitely will be back to try another fabulous dish very soon.“

“Hitting up all the food groups tonight after poke and ramen, we also wanted some pizza but just a slice. Taste of Italy got the job done.

Still open at 7pm and they do sell by the slice. A quick in and out with a box holding two slices that had been reheated. Not the greatest pizza, I think this may have been a couple of hours old as it was quite firm and the base was a bit overdone. Still, hot pizza and it was tasty especially as I have some packets of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes to put on it myself.

Probably better for lunch.“
