There is definitely something positive about national chains--you know what to expect. The food quality was excellent. It was a slow evening, I'm guessing as a result of a large thunderstorm that rolled through the area. So the counter help was a bit bored, but certainly not bad service at all. And the banana splits were on sale. Certainly can't complain about good food at a discount. I'll be back.
The guy working the counter was really nice and helpful... another customer also noticed how personable he is and complimented him on it. The restaurant seems to be well maintained and was definitely kept very clean.
