“Overall, when I go to this Wendy's, which is my local Wendy's? I do go here often because it is close by two my house. I do receive consistently good food. There is 1 person that works there that for some reason. Any time she is there. She has the worst attitude. And my food is either wrong or taste like it's been sitting there for like a week and it's just awful and I really wish this person didn't work here any longer but I don't know her name. So I know she's a manager and she usually works nights but the most horrible attitude and also arguing with me about my sandwich saying that, if I get a triple burger that I don't get a piece of cheese with every patty and we all know that. We do. It is completely uncalled for, and I will be reaching out past this store because I am buying food here way too often to be treated that way. I don't demand you kiss my butt but at least be professional. In the words of the great Joey Swoell. DO BETTER.“

“They made my double quarter pounder deluxe (in which I only like to ask for lettuce, tomato, and cheese) right on the first try and it looked absolutely delicious! The atmosphere the employees had with eachother seemed happy and healthy. A good work environment. The restaurant was clean and definitely a place to sit down and eat. Even though I didnt ask for ketchup, the employee put ketchup in my bag (probably for the fries) and I couldn't help but see this as the kindest gesture! The 15-25 minute drive was so worth it!!!“
