I ordered a catering order for 18 meals. My pickup time was 10 AM. I arrived at 9:45 AM, waited 25 minutes which I didn't mind. Went to the counter and they didn't have my order even started. They had me come back 2 hours later. After I took the food to my team, I had numerous reports that the food was off.I'll still get my Hams but no more catering from here.
We love this place and it always pleases. But I've got to give a HUGE Shout Out to Vikkita. She was soooooo awesome. I took my mom to order a ham for Thanksgiving and Vikkita was SO patient and kind and went way out of the way to help mom. I just wanted to Thank Management for an AMAZING staff. We love Vikkita!!!!
