We came on a Saturday at 430pm, 90mins before they were closing. We ordered a chicken and beef empanada and they were both dry. The chicken also had a bad taste. The guava pastry was also dry. I would not recommend coming at this time and will try to come earlier to see if that improves the quality.
I was hoping this would be a great place for fresh pastries, breakfast foods and classic Spanish delights. The food was okay, but this place needs a facelift. My table (self serve) was dirty, and since it was the only one available, I had to wipe it down with napkins. Overall the place just doesn’t feel very inviting or well maintained. They speak broken English which doesn’t bother me, though for some non-Spanish speakers it may be a bit frustrating or inhibiting!
