We are visiting Fort Lauderdale from Cleveland, and we found Trapbachi online. We ordered chicken hibachi, shrimp and chicken hibachi, and chicken and steak hibachi. They were all delicious!! The meat was well seasoned and extremely tender, the fried rice was flavorful, and the delivery was prompt. My nephew said that this was the best hibachi he's ever had!!
Love the food here but….they gotta stop overcooking all the protein choices. I’ve gotten to the point where I ask for my steak to be medium and it comes out extra rubbery. Grilled shrimp shouldnt take more than 5 min on a grill but it comes way overcooked all the time. Same thing with the lamb and wings and salmon. Especially the wings they shouldn’t be hard to bite into! I even ask for salmon to be medium well it’s comes dry and overcooked but well seasoned 🙄 The...
Customer service here is spectacular. It’s almost as superb as the food that they serve. I’m extremely picky, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and I will absolutely order from here again.
