Dunkin' Donuts in Ocala

“You guys have an excellent staff. I just had to transfer to a new work location in Ocala because the location in the city I live in shut down. It's a very long commute, and there are a lot of stressful and frustrating things going on right now as our systems are restructured.

I went through this Dunkin donuts drove thru today to get an iced coffee to help me power through the day, and I left laughing and smiling. I really couldn't have asked for better customer service, and I really needed a morale boost today. A huge thank you to the Dunkin Donuts team on College road! I'll definitely be back.“

“I went in for a gift card. The place was clean. The only negative was the employee.
He acted a little to thugish. This is a much older crowd , outside of 55 plus communities.
He wasn't disrespectful, just too familiar and loud.“

“I have purchased donuts 3 times in a 6 week period and there is a big inconsistency between the sizes of donuts, especially within the same kind of donut. It kind of stinks when you pay for two of the same kind of donut a one is half the size of the other. I’m done giving this location the benefit of the doubt and will be taking my business elsewhere.“

“We used the app to order and even though we arrived before the order was ready (walk in) employees said they didn’t have our order. They finally found our two coffees in the drive thru area. Even though the sandwiches just arrived at the counter, when they’re really busy they must cut down the time the sandwiches are cooked in the microwave! Our sandwiches were cold!!!!“

“I pull up to the building, and there is a line wrapped around it. I walked in and was greeted instantly. They took my order, and by the time i was done ordering, my food was ready. Not only was it extremely fast, but it was clean, and my order was right! I'm not sure what they are doing at this Dunkin Donuts, but whatever it is, continue to do it because it is right. By far the best experience I've ever had at any Dunkin' Donuts, let alone one that was as busy as this one. Extremely good job, everyone.“

“Bought 6 bagels with nothing on them and sliced and a medium iced hazelnut coffee. Haven't been there in a while and they redid the whole inside of the store. Very nice. Had bagels for breakfast yesterday, excellent. Will buy bagels there from now on.“

“Christian is awesome at the maricamp location. He always has the sweetest smile and remembers my kids' order. I order 6 egg and cheese wake up wraps and 2 chocolate milks. And he recognizes me right at the drive through kiosk. Even when there is no bottle chocolate milks available he MAKES my kids chocolate milk. I give this store 5 stars simply for this awesome employee they have working there. He genuinely cares.“

“I love this Dunkin! The customer service is always wonderful, and my coffee tastes perfect delicious . I’ve been to other locations where my coffee can be too sweet or not sweet enough, but at this store, it’s consistently just right—99.9% of the time! I really appreciate the staff for their great service. Keep up the amazing work!

“The service here is phenomenal, my food is always delicious. I’ve been coming to this location for a while, but have seen so much improvement since Tyler has been here working there. It’s refreshing to see a young kid so passionate about his work and making sure things run smoothly. He is so kind to customers and makes and keeps positive personal relationships with customers and coworkers. Tyler is an amazing addition to this dunkin location.“

“Very nice two ladies that were working here yesterday we went through the Drive-Thru and broke down at the end of it even parked diagonally and they were so kind to my children while we worked on it till we were able to drive away late late last night I am so grateful thank you but to the Young gentleman that thought they were funny driving around 5xs in a row screaming at us and laying on the horn to freak my children out ugh

“I decided to make a quick Dunkin’ run this morning since I just got off work and I was greeted by the sweet voice of Caitlyn.She was spunky and friendly over the intercom and she was patient with me.I loved that interaction with her!I pulled up to the window and met Mr. Edward who was kind and gentle.He was very sweet and brought my food to me over by the front of the store.He wished me a very happy good day and just like that he went right back to work.This may seem like a normal interaction between employee and customer, but I haven’t seen it in quite sometime.I felt like I was treated like a person and that they were happy to be there that morning.It absolutely made my morning and 100% made my day go a heck of a lot smoother than it was going.All love to Caitlyn & Edward!! “The service is wonderful! Extremely fast, and very friendly and accommodating. Great job - was a pleasure to stop at while we were traveling. Not much points for atmosphere because it was connected to a minimart. So, not much you can do there.“
