Dunkin' Donuts in Ocala

“This is a GREAT Dunkin Donuts in Ocala on South Pine. Came this afternoon to get my traditional frozen coffee and the girls there - Susan, Brooke and Trish took care of me. My frozen coffee was perfect and the chicken and pepper wrap was delicious. Every single one of the ladies working there today were exceptional in the way I was treated - courteous, professional, kind. This is one of my favorite places to pick up my coffee.
A huge thank you to Susan, Brooke and Trish for taking care of me today. You all deserve a raise and a kudos from the owner. 💖“

“This is the ONLY Dunkin in Central Florida I have been to that knows how to make my drink without having to ask for additional anything. Every other Dunkin I have to ask for more of something bc they don’t make it right. Love this place. 😍“

“Hard-working staff, who aim to please... and they certainly do. This is a very busy store, but the drive-thru keep flowing as does the line inside. Donuts are well stocked, and the dining room is clean. Tiny parking lot, so it helps to park by adjacent businesses.“

“We used the app to order and even though we arrived before the order was ready (walk in) employees said they didn’t have our order. They finally found our two coffees in the drive thru area. Even though the sandwiches just arrived at the counter, when they’re really busy they must cut down the time the sandwiches are cooked in the microwave! Our sandwiches were cold!!!!“

“I love this Dunkin! The customer service is always wonderful, and my coffee tastes perfect delicious . I’ve been to other locations where my coffee can be too sweet or not sweet enough, but at this store, it’s consistently just right—99.9% of the time! I really appreciate the staff for their great service. Keep up the amazing work!

“Please give the GM at this location a raise!!! I didn’t catch his name but he said he was the GM, I was one of the very first customers in the morning of 11/1912025. Not only was he exceptional but he went above and beyond the extra mile for me. I am a regular and he will be the reason I remain one. I’ll drive to north pine Dunkin over the blvd Dunkin any day!!! “The staff went above and beyond to make a drink that sounded phenomenal to me. I wanted a frozen coffee, and then I seen they had cookie butter flavoring in a latte and they were able to create be a phenomenal frozen coffee with cookie butter swirl for me and it's the best drink I've ever tasted. Thank you so much.“

“I went through the drive-through and they told me to wait a few minutes in the parking lot across the street. Almost 15 minutes passed and no one came. I had to walk to the drive-through and they told me it was ready. I had to get out and pick it up, and there were three people there talking and not doing anything. I don't understand. If I go through there, it's because I don't want to get out of the car, and they make me get out because they can't bring the food to my car. Why do they have to be talking?“

“Very nice two ladies that were working here yesterday we went through the Drive-Thru and broke down at the end of it even parked diagonally and they were so kind to my children while we worked on it till we were able to drive away late late last night I am so grateful thank you but to the Young gentleman that thought they were funny driving around 5xs in a row screaming at us and laying on the horn to freak my children out ugh

“The service by the 2 guys working today was good. They were helpful about what was on the menu. The drinks we ordered tasted excellent. Dunkin’s quality, taste and prices are better than their competitors. Only McDonald’s coffee comes close, but they quit serving bf at 10:30 AM. Dunkin serves bf all day!“
