“Elliot was working the counter it was clear they were under staffed and busy he amd the guy cooking were doing the best they could not sure i could've done any better myself to be honest. But the lady in front of me in line was hustling him she wanted all this extra stuff and she wanted it all immediately not taking in account that they were busy constantly moving doing drive thru and front counter. She's probably going to complain about him but coming from someone that was in line behind her she's was being unreasonable nobody else had a problem with him or the wait time just her. “I actually drive about 10 minutes out of my way just to come to this Dunkin, and that says a lot about how exceptional the service is here! The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Even when they’re out of an item, they do their absolute best to replicate it and get as close as possible to what I originally ordered. They don’t just say, “We’re out of that”—they actually try to find a solution and make sure you still leave happy. You can tell they truly care about the customer experience.

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin locations, but this one consistently stands out. The service is exceptional, the employees are kind, and they really go above and beyond.
