“This is a GREAT Dunkin Donuts in Ocala on South Pine. Came this afternoon to get my traditional frozen coffee and the girls there - Susan, Brooke and Trish took care of me. My frozen coffee was perfect and the chicken and pepper wrap was delicious. Every single one of the ladies working there today were exceptional in the way I was treated - courteous, professional, kind. This is one of my favorite places to pick up my coffee.
A huge thank you to Susan, Brooke and Trish for taking care of me today. You all deserve a raise and a kudos from the owner. 💖“

“Dunkin Donuts is the only coffee my husband I drink. Hot coffee of course. And always a couple of donuts.I always get a medium 2 sugar 2 cream. He gets large 2 sugar 2 cream. Dunkin Donuts coffee my entire life has and is always smooth not bitter yet a full bodied flavor. Unlike all the other brands. I am 69 years old and have been drinking Dunkin Donuts Coffee from the young age of 8 years old. I also buy the ground Dunkin Donuts Coffee from Costco. I mostly make coffee at home. Rarely buy pre-made at the shop. No other company can compare let alone match Dunkin Donuts Coffee. Weather out at the drive thru or buy at the store to make at home.❤️❤️🎉“

“Hard-working staff, who aim to please... and they certainly do. This is a very busy store, but the drive-thru keep flowing as does the line inside. Donuts are well stocked, and the dining room is clean. Tiny parking lot, so it helps to park by adjacent businesses.“

“Allison was cheery, quick and allowed our trip to continue with no delay. She handled working the register, filling the order, and advising her team of outages with a smile. Access to the spot was right off the Interstate and our loyalty program rewards were filled with no issues at all. We love DD!“

“I love this Dunkin! The customer service is always wonderful, and my coffee tastes perfect delicious . I’ve been to other locations where my coffee can be too sweet or not sweet enough, but at this store, it’s consistently just right—99.9% of the time! “We used the app to order and even though we arrived before the order was ready (walk in) employees said they didn’t have our order. They finally found our two coffees in the drive thru area. Even though the sandwiches just arrived at the counter, when they’re really busy they must cut down the time the sandwiches are cooked in the microwave! Our sandwiches were cold!!!!“

“Went there today with a friend of my wife's and mine an older lady in her 80's and we went through the drive thru and ordered some cold coffee's and 3 bacon snack wraps and 2 snacking bacons and some how there was a mixup about one of the drinks and the man that brought out our food said he would go make another I came into pay for the mixup and then was told it was good to go! That was such a blessing! Idk the mans name but his service and care for the elderly customer that we had with us was tremendous! Thank you Dunkin for hiring people like Him!“

“I've of my favorite places in the whole world. I was actually out of town and stopped here, good store. Great environment and employees are very kind. I got my cold brew iced coffee and my favorite donut, the vanilla icing with sprinkles, which always brings out the kid in me every time.“

“Very nice two ladies that were working here yesterday we went through the Drive-Thru and broke down at the end of it even parked diagonally and they were so kind to my children while we worked on it till we were able to drive away late late last night I am so grateful thank you but to the Young gentleman that thought they were funny driving around 5xs in a row screaming at us and laying on the horn to freak my children out ugh

“I was able to purchase the very limited Wicked Box, but they had no Wicked Munchkins. When I asked why, they said they were discontinued. So why are you selling the tins if you have no Munchkins to put in them? That was disappointing, but at least I got the tin. They also didn't have blueberry Munchkins, which was again disappointing. So I got the two Munchkins I didn't even like, but I got my tin. My coffee wasn't made exactly perfect, but they were busy. I give leniency when people are busy even though I order always on the app. So it's right in front of them in advance. It could have used a little more cream and a little more sweetener, but I carry extra sweetener for that scenario just in case. So I'm always prepared“
