“This google review is a love letter for the Dunkin’ Manager: Tamisha.
On more than one occasion I have witnessed her working BOTH the drive-thru and front ALONE.
She works quietly and patiently without complaint.
I am humbled by her work ethic and proud to say that she didn’t share this with me, I witnessed first-hand and I asked.
She has wonderful staff and leads them with love and kindness.
Shout out to: Simone, Latisha, Autumn, Tramani, Jovanni, and Trenton.
I don’t know specifically why she works alone on some early mornings? I hope that this review finds corporate/a district manager and that she is assisted with whatever needs she may have.

“I visited this Dunkin’ location yesterday and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. They barely had any donuts available, which was surprising for a place known for its variety and quick service breakfast options.
The crispy sweet pepper bacon was also not crispy at all, which added to the overall letdown. On top of that, the customer service felt very bland. There was no communication, no explanation about the limited selection, and no effort to make the experience feel welcoming or informed.
As a customer, service and attitude matter just as much as the food. It was disheartening to walk into a place where it felt like the staff didn’t really care or want to engage. Even simple things like letting customers know more items were coming out would have made a difference.
The tables also were not clean, which is concerning for a food establishment. Cleanliness and presentation reflect directly on management and overall standards. Sadly, this location did not meet expectations in multiple areas, which surprised me being I was in a more upscale side of town.“
