McDonald's in Ocala

“I really enjoy coming to this mcdonalds in the mornings for my coffee. They are super friendly here and always have everything just right. Never had any issues with them. It does get busy here at times because they are really good.

For sure worth stopping at this location.“

“We stopped for breakfast on the way up the freeway. The food was hot and tasty and our drinks were good. The only thing that was odd was they didn't have a fountain drink machine. I have never seen that before in a McDonald's. If were were having lunch we would have gone somewhere else to be able to get refills.“

“First time trying the McDonald's Chicken Big Mac. It's exactly like the standard Big Mac, except they use two chicken patties instead of the regular beef patties. The sandwich was so moist, I couldn't hold it together without the insides sliding out.“

“I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a McDonald's, but this place is hands down the best McDonald's in 100 miles. We live about 45 minutes away but we stop at this McDonald's anytime we're passing through.

The service is always good, very quick as well. The prices are cheaper than in our town, and the food is always hot and fresh.

“This McDonald's is one of the cleanest and friendliest on the east coast. No matter what time of day, it seems to have a great flow. From the bathrooms to the dining room, it's clean. The only reason the food got a 4 star is because of the McRib. McDonald's! This is Not the same McRib you started out with. Yuck! The rest of the food we had was hot and delicious.“

“The 2nd shift crew is a great team of employees that work amazing together to get customers their food fast and done how u want with everything. U wanted the first time..Jennifer is a 2nd shift manager that has her serve safe certification which is good to know that they have a knowledged and experienced personnel on staff..“

“I was able to use my rewards, (after a short wait to use a 2nd one, same day). I was assisted by Mary Jo, the same employee who helped me last week. She was busy all the time; when there were not pending order or customers waiting, she cleaned the door glass and swept the floor. Everyone was engaged, busy, and friendly. Food was good, timely. “Super clean and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely the best experience i have ever had at a McDonalds. My order was placed with a very mannered human being, not a kiosk and my food was delivered to my table. While i was eating my meal another very polite staff member came over and checked to make sure everything was as expected. “The night crew on 8/15/25 yall deserve a raise! Especially Quan she went above and beyond to help me with my UBER EATS order, she was professional, polite and patient. “I don’t usually get good service at any Macdonald’s. There is always something wrong with my order or missing and they always take forever. However, we were passing by and decided to stop and was greatly impressed by this location! Service was excellent, fast and everything was correct. We were literally in and out. I didn’t get the name of the young lady who took my order and made sure it was all good but thank you! I just had to leave a good review bc they definitely deserved it.“

“What an amazing young man that was working the evening shift that day. He wanted to make sure that my coffee was hot so when I asked for more cream and sugar he warned me that it very well my cool off my coffee certainly. Then he decided he was just going to make a very hot cup of coffee and put what I had asked for in there himself. I didn't have to lift a finger and I was so grateful.“
