“I Just moved into the area and happened to pass this food truck on the way home from work a few times, so I finally decided to stop by and check it out. I must say, that was the best last minute decision I have made in a long time. This definitely will be my go to spot from now own for my Rican food when I don't wanna cook. ? The food was on point, made fresh, seasoning of Carne Frita's was on point and extra flavorful, and the mofongo was moisted and tasted amazing. “Quiet atmosphere. Service was prompt & cordial. Owner was friendly & welcoming. I was born & raised in Puerto Rico; therefore, extremely picky with what people label "Puertorican" food. This place is legitimately good. Food was seasoned just right! It's been in business for 30 years. From the outside, it gives a hole-in-the wall vibe; however, the inside is quiet & clean. Clean restrooms too! La comida sí tiene sazón! Carne frita was perfect. Ropa vieja was full of flavor! Buen trabajo mi gente!“
“Everything is spectacular!! I have been trying to find the authentic taste of Puerto Rican food for so long and Charlie's Pinchos has it all. I barely took a photo because I couldn't stop eating ?? I could only take a photo of this dish of Ribs with Chinese rice (the best, identical to the one in Puerto Rico) and look, I've visited many Chinese food places and none like this one!! The patch and coconut lemonade is delicious, refreshing for this heat 32oz and my kids and I took it!! But please don't stop trying the best garlic tostones, mofongo and chicken skewers. The food is fresh like grandma's house. In summary I bought 4 Chinese rice tenders with ribs, 6 skewers, 1 mofongo, garlic tostones and the lemonade. I have already visited several times and I travel 2 hours which are worth it.“
