I was able to visit the Grilled Cheese Emporium today during an event at our community. The Tomato Bisque was outstanding, the service was excellent, and Jeremy was so personable. I would highly recommend The Grilled Cheese Emporium to anyone looking for a fabulous food truck experience.
They came to Brick City Bark Park for an event yesterday and I was craving some grilled cheese! I was recommended The Mexican sandwich and it was amazing!! The flavor, the cheese pull, the crispiness of the sandwich really made the experience. I'm really looking forward to seeing them around town and I hope to have my family with me next time ?
