Just got a call from the “manager” at Zaxby’s who said his name was Human because humans make mistakes. Would not give me his real name, went out of my way to go to their location and get a grilled chicken salad I had a Dr’s appointment and was going to eat it in my car before my appointment. Used to love Zaxby's food in Ocala but there is no franchise in NJ. I wish they open their branches in other states too.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves large, delicious chicken strips and good food. The service is great, with a special shout out to the lady in drive thru, Jackie. The food is fast, tasty, hot, and sufficient in quantity. However, the restaurant can be overpacked and slow, with a long wait at the drive thru or inside. Parking is a little tight out front due to the busy drive thru lane, but it is worth the little inconvenience. The chicken strips are large and not skinny. Despite the crazy service and long waits, customers would certainly go back. You can trust them with your food and your money, as one lost wallet was returned with everything still there.
