The food is always going to be great at any firehouse subs, but what sets this on apart from the rest is the staff. Every time I come in they are cool as hell and just super friendly. They are always laughing and seem to really enjoy the team they work with. Specifically the recent PM shift. I’ve been here a few times recently and always ask for recommendations, and they never steer me wrong. I’m grateful to have this as my local spot, but I’d honestly go out of my way to...

Every time I come in to pick up my order it’s ready well before the app predicts. Rose is always there and is so friendly. In a world where customer service is declining, this Firehouse gives me hope.

The workers were extremely friendly. The only problem was the amount of time it took to get my order. The workers seemed to have an enormous amount of call in(?) orders to complete, so mine was ready after about 10 minutes or so. The workers and the atmosphere were happy and fun. I'll definitely order from them again, but will try to pick a less busy time.

Kid-friendliness: There was a family there when I went. The workers were happy and interacted well with the children.
