“I was at the Stand Up Paddle Board event for Special Olympics on Thursday, June 9. Ghost Kitchen Orlando supplied the lunch. It was amazing!! GKO prepared a box style lunch with a sandwich, chips, cookie and your choice of fruit cup or potato salad. I had the turkey sandwich and potato salad. I can't wait to try GKO again. You should too!!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. “What a great experience we had with Mindful Meals. I reached out to them when my daughter had surgery and was facing a very long recovery period. My daughter has many food allergies; Blake called her multiple times to ensure the foods being prepared were safe for her. When I erroneously signed up for duplicate meal deliveries Blake called to let me know of my error and helped me to get it right and corrected my billing.
