“This place is a gem. My daughter and I went because they had a workshop for kids making donuts. We had a blast. The food is top notch and this is coming from a person who is really picky about ingredients and what goes inside my family's body. The owners are costumers oriented, and you can feel their passion about nutrition and their business. I highly recommend this place; I wish it was closer to us, but I will continue visiting them every time I am in the area. This is the type of business that needs to flourish and stay around. “I want to grab coffee and Cuban bread for breakfast. I'm never in that area but thought I'd check it out as I was passing through. Walking in, it felt like a cozy Cafe that I'd probably go to with my friends for coffee. The weight staff was very pleasant and quickly took my order to go. The coffee was a little weaker than the other Caribbean places I have visited. However, the Cuban bread was tasty and perfectly buttered. Overall I'd go back again.“

“We visited KeKe's Sanford location for the first time yesterday, Dec.,7th, 2024. Everything we ordered was over the top delicious. The portion size, especially the pancakes, you just can't eat it all! The coffee was hot and delicious! Kimberly knows her cafe! She made suggestions and took such good care of us. “Isekai is a small, friendly, family-run operation with a creative menu and top-quality ingredients. This was the first place I found in Tampa that offers toro (fatty tuna) and real wasabi. Everything I’ve tried on their menu so far, from sushi and onigiri to tempura, gyoza and chicken karaage, has been top notch. They also serve coffee, tea and boba drinks - my favorite is the Mango Passionfruit Tea with the mango chunks in the bottom. The atmosphere is cute and casual, with anime art and two screens showing anime and live action food or music videos. There are also tables available outside. I highly recommend this place.“

“Such an awesome change of pace when looking for a new brunch spot in the North Tampa area..It was a breath of fresh air to see such an awesome health option packed menu as well as some tasty coffee drink options. The owner was on hand to take our order with a smile and great customer service. We ended up getting the Greek omelet which was packed with the right amount of veggies and super tasty feta cheese. The fresh brew coffee topped it off and complimented my breakfast perfectly. They have a quiet/ prayer room in the back which is perfect for those who want that perfect place to reflect and take things in.. They also have a prayer wall which was nice to see prayers and thoughts from other as well as the change to write something for someone else who may come along and need some cheer… all in all I am so glad we stopped in and I am sure we will be back in the near future… Amen..“

“So we haven't been here in a while. We were in the area early in the morning and decided to stop in. The wait staff was very welcoming and polite. We were seated in a couple minutes, they had a big group, looked like a high school outing, so they were busy. Our waitress was super nice and went over the menu and seasonal drinks available now. The food came out pretty quick and everything was top notch. The omelette, home-fries, drinks, toast, etc was delicious. Definitely a surprise, since it's been a while coming to this establishment. The menu has a lot of tasty choices for sure.

Vegetarian options: They have vegetable only egg dishes. They have a Benedict, an omelette, and scramble that are vegetarian. They have others too plus you can ask to have meat removed/replaced if need be.“

“Stopped in Francis Cafe after getting a haircut at Champions Barber next door. Normally, this restaurant isn't open on Dundays, but because of the hurricane and people without power, they decided to open for the day.

They were extremely nice and courteous. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a cafe con Leche, and a sunny D.

Awesome little spot to stop in for some Cuban food. We will be back!!

We could be cooking for each other, big and often dinners or lunches in our own communities. We could be challenging every privately, family owned and operated eateries to be the best and worth our dollars! We'd all do better to see less chain restaurants. We do not need these places, we don't even need one. It's not even a luxury expense worth our time. We would do so much better to be together at our own places to cook and eat, from our homes to our own restaurants. Quit fast food, quit supporting the same restaurant on every corner. Quit supporting min wage employment. Quit bad food and the most generic.“

Our booth was immaculately clean and I noticed right away. Not even a crumb on the seat.
I got the chilaquiles with carne asada and it was so flavorful and delicious! The chips were crispy as heck even with all the toppings so I throughly enjoyed the dish!
Our server made me a sweetened matcha latte and it was the best matcha latte I’ve had in a long while.

My husband ordered the ranchero burrito and it was also super flavorful and perfectly cooked. Chorizo can get really dry and weird if overcooked and it’s easy to overcook but this place knows what they’re doing.

Our server was very attentive and personable. You can tell he liked being at his job since he was all smiles all the time. Really polite as well.

“Came in for Breakfast before Trick-O-Treating with my little ones tonight, and I gotta say I am IMPRESSED. When first walking in we immediately got greeted and sat with a smile. The employee who sat us even brought booster seats without me having to ask. I believe this must have been the manager because she was walking around checking on all tables and even checked on us after getting food. Our server took great care of us and food came out super fast. My little ones loved the mini chocolate chip pancakes. The place looked and even smelled clean which is important to me. This is my new “Go To” breakfast spot so happy they are in the area!“
