“I’ve been debating whether to comment. However. I had 90 balloons blown up for my son’s party for boot camp. I also rented a large connect four game. When I ordered, the lady behind the desk seemed annoyed to say the least. I specifically said the connect four in the window. She said ok. And that was that. I made it clear I wanted this one due to the size. The day of the party my daughter picked everything up. First you would think all those balloons they would organize into the protected bags or something. No. I was told it ruins the helium. Hmmm Then the connect four was not what I asked for. My daughter mentioned she pointed it out when she picked it up and was given attitude. Ok party’s over. I take it back. I mention the connect four being the wrong one. The lady. I think the owner brushed me off like crazy. I got the well that one is display only. You were only charged 25 it should have been 35. Ok so? Fine ten bucks. Not the point. Not one I’m sorry I apologize. It’s just the attitude that sucks!!! I guess if you aren’t having them cater or you aren’t a big wedding you are nothing. My opinion. Just really disappointed in their attitude“
